Almost all of our garments are made or printed to order.  For this reason we do not issue replacements or refunds for items that we provided correctly.

We provide size guides alongside all of our products.  Please note that our size guide measurements may vary by 2.5cm.  This is within our tolerance.

If an error has been made by us, we will fix the error and send you the correct garment as soon as possible.  If a replacement is not possible, we will refund you. 

Please note: In most cases, we will require the garment(s) to be returned before processing your replacement or refund.

If you have made an error during the order process, contact us immediately. If we are able to make changes to your order prior to production we will.  Generally speaking, we do not hold any stock. Your garments are made and or printed specifically for your order. Consequently, we do not issue replacements or refunds for items provided correctly.
